Krishna - A Journey Within

Enjoy!

"This book tells the story about the birth, life, and death of Lord Krishna, a key figure and god from Hindu mythology.
Krishna’s story has been told in in several comics, published by several houses, but, it has never been told in such a way, as far as I know.

The main narrative device used in the book is that of an older Krishna reminiscing about key moments of and related to his life while sitting at a beautiful river bank, with parallels of his experiences and narrations being reflected in the flora and fauna around him.
Krishna himself looks visibly older and mature, as indicated by his abundant facial hair. While this may not be accurate, I don’t think I have ever seen Krishna depicted with a beard. While at first it was slightly jarring, I quickly appreciated it as it informed me that the story was being told in a non-linear format.
